Administrators in Samdock can invite additional users from the settings area.
The invited user will receive an email where they can accept the invitation. Once accepted, they will be asked to set their name and password.
To invite a user:
- Click on the gear icon near the bottom of your navigation bar.
- Navigate to the "Users" page of the settings area.
- Press the "invite user" button in the top right.
- Enter the email address of the user you wish to invite and confirm.
Pending invitations are shown in a list above your active users, from which you can cancel or resend the invitation.
⚠ If you do not see the gear icon in the main navigation, your user account most likely does not have admin privileges. An existing administrator can invite the user for you, or assign you the admin role.
